Rethymno 25

Set in Loutra near Rethymno, this spacious six-bedroom estate is a fantastic choice for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy Crete together while still having room to spread out. Formed by two fully equipped villas side by side and reserved as one private retreat, it sleeps up to 13 guests and offers a great balance of shared living and personal space. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable lounge areas with fireplaces, large TVs and a SONOS sound system, along with two well-equipped kitchens and dining areas for easy group meals. The sleeping arrangements include four king bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with three twin beds. Every bedroom features air conditioning, a safe, a balcony and its own en-suite bathroom, while two additional guest bathrooms bring the total to eight.

Outside, the setting is designed for long, relaxed days in the sun. The estate enjoys sea views, two private swimming pools, sunloungers, shaded terraces and inviting spots for both dining and unwinding. A covered alfresco dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue make open-air meals especially easy, while the garden adds even more space to enjoy the warm Cretan climate. Families will appreciate the children’s playground, and there is also a pool table and table football for extra entertainment. With Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, private parking and thoughtful in-home comforts throughout, this is a well-equipped base for a memorable stay. The property is also conveniently located close to local restaurants, with the nearest beach around 7 km away and the attractions, shops and dining of Rethymno within easy reach.
