Set within a brand-new upscale residence, this exceptional property combines modernity, elegance, and functionality, promising an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Alps. The living area, the true centerpiece of the apartment, impresses with its spaciousness and natural brightness, designed to bring together family and friends in a warm atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, contemporary and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, smart storage), blends seamlessly into this convivial setting, combining aesthetics with practicality. The dining area completes this refined space with a large welcoming table, perfect for seating up to eight guests.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a first bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and desk. A bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level, along with a highly practical additional room that can serve as storage space. Upstairs, three more carefully designed bedrooms await: two feature double beds and functional storage, while a third benefits from an en-suite shower room for added comfort. A second bathroom, accessible from the hallway, is shared by the two other bedrooms. The apartment also offers premium amenities, including a private ski locker, a lift serving the residence, and access to a fitness area. Please note that the garage is rather narrow, which may make maneuvering large vehicles a bit challenging.
