The property is composed of 2 units: a 2 bedroom unit and a 3 bedroom unit, a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeping 11 guests.

The front of the property has a 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit that accommodates a total of 6 guests. This unit is spacious and has a large living room with an extra large sectional sofa. This unit also offers a fully equipped kitchen with an island that has extra seating. The first bedroom has a full size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower.

The 2 bedroom unit located in the back of the property accommodates 5 guests and has 1 full bathroom (walk in shower). The first bedroom has a full size bed and the second bedroom also has a full size bed. The living area has a sofa bed. This property offers a full kitchenette with counter seating for 4 guests. The laundry room is shared by both units.This beach duplex boasts generous living spaces that seamlessly blend comfort and style.
