- No parties or events without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and incur fines.

- Pool heating is available for an additional fee but must be requested 48 hours in advance. Not available from April 1 to October 31.
- Use of beach gear credit is subject to availability and must be reserved early, especially for high-demand items like bicycles.
