Deliveries
- Standard postal deliveries are not available to vacation homes
- Private courier delivery is recommended
- Package deliveries may be declined by the resort, and lost, delayed, or returned packages are not covered
Pool and Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
- The pool heating system has a maximum temperature of 95°F
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not include jets
- The spa heats only when pool heating is activated
- Pool heating may be less effective during cold weather, and refunds are not provided if weather affects performance
- Automatic safety controls may temporarily shut down the pool heating system during extreme weather conditions
- The resort amenity center is scheduled to open on July 2, 2025
