- The home is self-catering; a small welcome kit is provided, but guests are advised to purchase additional items needed for their stay.
- There is no daily housekeeping service; however, guests can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
- Additional charges may apply if the owner needs to address issues or perform extra cleaning due to non-compliance.
Use of Amenities
- The pool has a child safety fence. Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
- The attached spa is not a hot tub and will match the pool's temperature when heated.
- Pool heating is subject to weather conditions and refunds are not available if heating fails due to cold weather.
- BBQ rental is available as an optional service.
- Online purchases should be made through UPS, DHL, or FEDEX, as USPS does not deliver to vacation homes. Some resorts may accept or charge fees for e-commerce deliveries.
