Use of Amenities and Services
- Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
- The pool heating system has a maximum temperature of 95°F
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets
- The spa heats only when pool heating is activated
- Pool heating may be affected by cold weather, and refunds are not provided if weather impacts performance
- Automatic safety controls may temporarily shut down the pool heating system during extreme weather
- Daily housekeeping is not included
- Wash towels are not provided; bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels are supplied according to occupancy
- Food, condiments, and seasonings are not provided for hygiene reasons
Trash and Deliveries
- Guests are asked to place trash in the community dumpster daily and follow collection schedules
- Standard postal delivery is not available for vacation homes
- Package deliveries may be subject to community handling rules, and some deliveries may be declined
- Lost, delayed, or returned packages are the guest’s responsibility
