- This home is self-catering; guests are advised to visit the nearest supermarket for additional items needed during their stay.
- Trash disposal: Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to maintain cleanliness.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance; there is a fee of $35 per day with a minimum of 2 consecutive days. The temperature will not exceed 95F, and the heater may not work in cold weather conditions.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will have the same temperature as the pool.
- BBQ rental is available for $75 for the duration of your stay.
- The pool heater has safety systems and may shut off temporarily to prevent overheating.
Housekeeping
- No daily housekeeping service is provided. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Clean sheets and towels are provided.
- Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Other Information
- Parking is free.
- Online purchases shipped via USPS will not be delivered and returned to the sender. Only UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will deliver to vacation homes.
Fines and Penalties
- Additional charges will apply for any damages or for additional cleaning if house rules are not complied with.
