Use of Amenities
- Pool heating requires a request 48 hours in advance and incurs an additional charge if ordered, with the temperature not exceeding 95°F. The pool heater will not work in cold weather, and no refunds are available if desired temperatures are not met under these conditions.
- The attached spa is heated only when the pool is heated and does not function as a jacuzzi since it lacks jets.
Additional Information
- Complimentary supplies are provided to start, but guests are responsible for their own toiletries and meals.
- Wash towels are not provided; it's recommended you bring your own, although other towels are offered in accordance with the number of guests.
- Trash must be disposed of daily in the resort's designated dumpster.
- Online purchases using USPS may not be supported due to delivery policies; UPS, DHL, and FEDEX are recommended for deliveries.
