• No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $300 fee and liability for fire or property damage costs.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, subject to approval and an additional fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• No parties or events without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No external sound systems. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
