- Street parking is not permitted.
- Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without a permit will be towed at the car owner's expense.
- We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
- Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.
- There is a dumpster near the clubhouse to dispose reciclables.
- There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
- Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
