- Grills are not allowed on the property.
- Pool and Spa: The pool and spa share the same water system; the pool spa is not a hot tub. Pool heating needs to be requested 24 hours in advance with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
- The screen doors of the pool enclosure are padlocked for safety and security; only pool maintenance staff will access it weekly.
Warnings
- The property is located in Florida, where local wildlife and pests may be present. Although regular pest control service is in place, sightings of animals or pests cannot be guaranteed; no refunds will be issued for this.
- Use of community amenities like mini-golf, kayaks, and special events may incur additional charges.
