• No street parking is permitted; vehicles parked on the grass or obstructing the sidewalk may be towed at the guest's expense.
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed at the community.
• The property is self-catering, and guests should purchase additional items as needed from a local supermarket.
• A small welcome kit is provided initially; daily housekeeping service is not included.
• Additional charges apply for any necessary repairs or extra cleaning if rules are not followed.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance, for at least two consecutive days; the temperature will not exceed 95°F. The attached spa will only heat if the entire pool is heated and may not be effective in cold weather. Pool heating is not refundable.
• Trash should be disposed of daily in the designated plastic bench.
• Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Online Purchases

• Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx packages will be accepted; USPS packages will not be delivered to vacation homes.
• Some resorts may not accept packages, and fees may apply if they are delivered to the clubhouse. Guests are responsible for correct delivery arrangements.
