The elegant open-concept dining area has plenty of seating for a sit-down feast and is steps away from the fully equipped chef's kitchen. With its stainless-steel appliances, sleek gray cabinets with black and white accents, blue and white mini subway tiles, and white stone floor, this is a bright, modern spot to cook and eat. There's even a kitchen island with stool seating for morning coffees or evening cocktails. One of the showstoppers in this house is the private theater that doubles as a game room with classic arcade games (think Pac-Man, air hockey, and more). When it's show time, sink into the reclining seats and enjoy a flick on the big screen, complete with surround sound. All you need is the popcorn! Head upstairs to the spacious loft for more lounging and play space, including a poker/game table with seating, TV, dart board, and more. You can even bang out some work between games at the desk-and-chair office setup. With all those incredible indoor amenities, don't forget to take advantage of your sparkling, private screened pool and spillover spa. You are in the Sunshine State, after all! You'll find plenty of loungers for relaxation, along with games like pool basketball and foosball on the patio.
