Designed for memorable group getaways, this spacious 11-bedroom, 11-bathroom Orlando vacation home welcomes up to 28 guests with an impressive mix of comfort, style and entertainment. The elegant great room offers a relaxed setting for gathering, while the oversized dining area is ideal for shared meals. A well-equipped modern kitchen makes cooking easy, with thoughtful touches such as a coffee maker and ice maker. Across the home, guests will find a generous selection of king, queen, double and bunk beds, including imaginative themed children’s rooms and stylish adult bedrooms with TVs and plenty of space to unwind.
The fun continues throughout the property with a private home theater featuring a 100-inch screen, an arcade-style games room, an upstairs games loft with a pool table, darts and word games, plus a fantastic treehouse playroom with climbing features, a rope bridge and slides. Fitness fans can enjoy the private gym with cardio equipment and weights. Outside, the covered lanai, summer kitchen, BBQ, alfresco dining area and lounge seating create the perfect backdrop for relaxing by the private pool and hot tub. Guests also have access to resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, community pool, splash park, playground, tennis courts, fitness center, lazy river, walking paths and green spaces. Set within a gated Orlando vacation community, the home is also within easy reach of the area’s major theme parks, shopping and dining.

Our Stay
We had almost the entire family stay here for our 50th wedding anniversary, 24 people total. Everyone was impressed with the house and amenities. The kids absolutely loved the jumping pit, game room and pool. Maintenance arrived whenever we had any issues with a simple phone call. We would definitely stay here again. The 11 bedroom, 11 bathroom villa is gorgeous with media room, exercise room and various other spaces. With a bathroom attached to every bedroom there was no fighting over a shower and 3 separate washers and dryers so you needn't take dirty clothes home.

This was a beautiful house. There was enough space and not crowded. The kids loved the big pool and the game rooms. The adults were able to relax!
