- Smoking is prohibited inside the house; a $250 fine applies for violations. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning or repairs if the property is not maintained correctly.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heater fees apply (minimum of 2 consecutive days) and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Note that the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and shares the same temperature as the pool.
- Washing towels are considered personal items; guests are advised to bring their own. Other towels will be provided in accordance with the number of guests.
- Guests are responsible for daily trash disposal and must adhere to the designated collection days.
- Complimentary supplies are provided for initial use only; guests should purchase any additional necessities.
- There is no daily housekeeping service, but guests can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
- Guests should note that delivery issues might occur if using USPS for online purchases. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX are suggested for successful deliveries.
Parking
Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
