- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, which must be parked only in designated areas

- Smoking is not permitted inside the property
- Illegal drugs are not permitted in the home or community; suspected use or possession may result in authorities being contacted and guests being asked to leave immediately
- Guests are expected to be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, including outdoor noise and sound carrying from inside the home
- Local noise regulations must be followed at all times
Use of Amenities
- The pool is cleaned weekly and may be serviced during a stay
- Pool equipment should not be adjusted or handled by guests
- The spa area shares the same temperature as the pool; the jets provide air bubbles, so the water will be warm rather than hot
- Valet trash service should be used according to the instructions provided for the stay
- Guests are responsible for washing provided linens and towels during their stay
- Washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items
Parking
Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
