This Home was Gorgeous, it was more than what we expected. The pics does not do the home justice, it is Absolutely Beautiful. We Truly can say this was theBest Airbnb we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. Only thing is when you come on vacation you want to have fun everyday, all day and there was complaints of noise. The Refrigerator door handles were very loose and kept coming off. The property management came and took pics and said they knew it was torn up. There were shelves in the downstairs Master bedroom that were broken, but since it was othercloset space it worked out. The Refrigerator upstairs was very warm, so we couldn't use it bc Property management stated it was broken. The Game room was Soo much Fun but the games were not keeping up with the scores. Not sure what you can do about the pool but it kept getting dirty, so we called property management again to clean filters bc when you cut water fall on is when dirt came, he said somebody was coming out and showed myNephew how to open the top to clean out. There should have been more we could do on the resort outsides of water park bc it was always crowded. We were told we had to pay to play Golf and to rent Golf Cart, it should have been included in price. The AC wasnt really putting out cool/cold air at first but Property Management cameby and it started being cold. One thing I can say is when we called about something, they did come to see if they could do anything. We didnt get a chance to visit any of the restaurants but would have loved too. All and All, Everything was Amazing and Absolutely Perfect for Our Week Stay. We will Return
