Felt like home!
I cannot recommend this home enough. From the moment we first walked in, everthing was immaculate and extremely clean! We will be back!

More tired than it looks
Overall, we had a great stay and the kids loved their bedrooms. The house was more tired than pictured. There were dents and scratches in walls, a chunk of carpeting missing entering one of the bedrooms and worn showers. The pool was nice, though it was full of leaves when we arrived. We did opt for pool heat in mid October and it seemed warm enough for the kids, though they mostly stayed in what we thought was a connected hot tub. This part was actually the same temperature as the pool and provided a fun little space for them to swim. There is a door alarm exiting the facility to ensure little swimmers are safe. We had to run out for coffee filters. So many VRBOs provide filters or k-cups that these had slipped our minds. Similarly, One roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, if traveling with many people or staying longer, you will need to provide your own as well as additional paper towel and garbage bags. The game room was fun for the kids but the air hockey was missing the pucks and no games are provided for the Xbox or Play Station. The water park at Reunion Resort was great. There was pretty heavy traffic getting to and from the Disney parks. We were so busy with Disney, this home fulfilled our needs. Had the main purpose of our vacation been relaxation, I would look for something else.

Fun Time
We walked into the house we rented and received a tour by our 5 year old grandson. Each room received a wow from all of us. We especially like the pool, hot tub and splash pad. The safety features of the pool are so reassuring. We went to the parks in the morning and came back to afternoon and evening fun times in the pool. So fun and relaxing and refreshing. We are already talking about using a home by Top Villa again.
