Reunion Resort 301 is an impressive 8-bedroom luxury vacation home, offering more than 5,600 sq. ft. of space for up to 20 guests. Designed with families and larger groups in mind, the home combines stylish interiors, fantastic entertainment and plenty of space to relax together.

One of the home's standout features is the private outdoor area, where guests can enjoy beautiful lake views from the infinity-edge swimming pool and spa. Seven sun loungers provide plenty of space to relax in the Florida sunshine, while the covered patio features comfortable seating and two outdoor dining tables with room for up to 16 guests. The built-in summer kitchen and grill also make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors.

Inside, the spacious open-plan living area provides a comfortable place for everyone to gather, with generous seating and views across the pool area. An additional upstairs lounge offers even more space to relax, while the private balcony provides a lovely spot to enjoy views over the pool and surrounding area.

The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for large groups, with premium appliances, double ovens, two dishwashers, an oversized refrigerator and freezer, generous counter space and a five-seat breakfast bar. A nearby formal dining area seats up to 12 guests, making family meals and special occasions easy to enjoy together.

Entertainment is a major part of the home, with a private theater featuring a large projection screen and 13 leather reclining seats. Younger guests have plenty to keep them entertained too, with imaginative themed bedrooms, a colourful bunk room, a princess-inspired bedroom and a hidden themed playroom accessed by a secret slide.

The eight bedrooms offer a flexible layout for families and groups, including five king bedrooms, one bedroom with two full beds and two bunk bedrooms. The spacious accommodation gives adults comfortable places to unwind while providing children with their own fun and memorable spaces.

Reunion Resort is home to numerous first-rate facilities including 3 signature-designed championship golf courses, a golf academy and a 5-acre water park with a lazy river. There is also a tennis complex, a fitness center, a beach volleyball court and a pickleball court, as well as a full-service spa and several community pools. You will be able to enjoy community playgrounds and activity trails, plus a grand clubhouse for meetings and events. The resort offers a range of excellent restaurants and bars and there is a grocery store and pharmacy located just across the street.
