Amazing Long Weekend
Once again Top Villas came through for our family. The house was very well maintained (aside from some slight wear on a few chairs) and felt very clean upon arrival. All amenities were available as listed. Movie room was awesome and the arcade was as hit. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

My family of 6 stayed at this beautiful house for a week in early February. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay there again. Great location. Furniture was comfortable and the house was very clean upon arrival. We all really enjoyed the movie room and used it most nights. We had an issue with the hot tub not heating one night. It was around 9pm on a Sunday, but Top Villas did send someone over to fix after an hour or so wait. Loved all the adult bedrooms - beds very comfortable and nicely appointed. Didn't use the kid's theme rooms as my 4 daughters are tweens and teens, so they slept in the other available bedrooms. Master bathroom was very nice and I especially enjoyed the vanity room in the Master bedroom. Wished the master closet space was larger as I like to hang all my clothing. Appreciated all the extra pool towels. Would have liked a few more cushions on the outdoor furniture to make them more comfortable, and the pool was on the small side if you have a large group. Not an issue for our family of 6 as usually only a few of us wanted to use it at a time. Nice bushes around the property to screen the pool area from the next door neighbors and have some privacy. Again, very nice property and Top Villas was easy to work with and responsive to any issues that arose. Would not hesitate to use them for future rentals.
