Great place to stay with our extended family
Th 1073 Villa was a great place to stay for the 15 of us. We had 10 adults and 5 young kids on our family trip. The place is huge with all kinds of neat things. The game room was had legit fun games in it. the kids enjoyed the slide and the secret room. The movie theater was a big hit for everyone as we wound down in the evenings. Bathrooms and showers were all clean and spacious. Two kitchens that have plenty of nice appliances. Even two dishwashers in the kitchen we used. The pool and hot tub were fun. Overall a really nice place. We did not use the Reunion Resort amenities that were included with some of it shut down for repairs. Nice to have bedrooms on all floors so the different families could spread out.

As advertised
This was a fantastic house, exactly as pictured. Plenty of rooms/beds for lots of family to stay, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The Hogwarts dorm and bathroom were a lot of fun for the kids, the bottom floor suites were perfect for grandparents. The pool heating was excellent even with the temp in the 50’s outside. The arcade room and theater were used a lot, and the kids loved the secret door! Plenty of linens and kitchenware provided. This was a great place for a family getaway that kept everyone entertained. Would absolutely rent this place again.

Amazing home
We had an amazing vacation at in Reunion Resort from July 29 - Aug 7th. Our rental was very clean and relaxing. Great view of one of the golf courses. There was plenty of room for the multiple families we went with. We spent a lot of time out in the pool and hot tub and also enjoyed playing games such as ping pong and corn hole outside that were just added by the owner. The kids had a blast in the game room. They also enjoyed spending time in the movie theatre. We were also able to get into the water park with our rental. Nothing better than enjoying an adult beverage while floating around the lazy river. We plan on returning to the Labyrinth again to play some golf on the amazing courses they have at the resort.
