Pool and Outdoor Use
- Pool heating is seasonal and available only during cooler months.
- Heated pool performance can vary when outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F, and the system is not intended to reach hot tub-level temperatures.
- The pool is serviced every Monday and may be unavailable for around 3 hours during maintenance.
- No grill is provided at the home.
- If grilling is arranged separately, it should be done on the grass rather than on the patio.
- Extra cleaning or damage-related charges may apply if the grilling area is left excessively messy or damaged.
