House Rules
- The home is intended for quiet residential stays and does not allow parties or events.
- Pets are not permitted at the property.
- Smoking is limited to the outdoor balcony and pool area. Smoking inside the home results in a $250 fine.
- Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required or if repairs are needed due to non-compliance with house rules.
Property Guidelines
- The home is self-catering, with only a limited set of starter supplies provided on arrival, so guests should plan to purchase any additional toiletries, groceries, and personal items needed during their stay.
- For hygiene reasons, washcloths are considered personal-use items, so guests are encouraged to bring their own. Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels are provided according to occupancy.
- Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
- To help maintain the home, guests are asked to follow the community’s trash collection routine and place rubbish in the resort dumpster each day.
Amenities and Facility Notes
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
- Spa heating is linked to the pool heating system, so both operate at the same temperature.
- Pool heater temperature does not exceed 95°F.
- Pool heating works through heat exchange and may be less effective during cold weather, including temporary interruptions caused by the system’s safety controls.
- For deliveries, standard postal service shipments are not accepted at vacation homes and may be returned to the sender. Courier deliveries may be directed to the clubhouse in some resorts, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
