- No smoking inside the property.
- No parties or loud activities are permitted. Violators will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $120 fee per pet.
Use of Amenities
- The pool/spa heating service is available for an additional cost and is for the entire stay only. Note that the property does not have a hot tub; the pool jets are air injected, not heated.
- Pool towels are provided. Guests are requested to take care of them and leave them on the property.
- BBQ grill use requires prior notification and a $65 fee for setup and cleaning.
Parking
- Parking is free but limited to designated areas only.
- The property has parking spaces for 2 or 3 vehicles, depending on their size, as long as they do not block the sidewalk.
- Vehicles parked on the street are subject to fines or towing.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, recreational vehicles, or watercraft are not permitted.
Trash Collection
- Valet trash pick-up is available from the doorstep after 11 AM, seven days a week.
- All waste must be bagged and tied; loose items will not be collected.
- Needles or other sharp objects should not be included in trash bags.
- Cardboard boxes must be broken down.
Shipping Policy
- Use the property address for all deliveries. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages for guests.

The resort features a large clubhouse with a convenience store and coffee shop, a fitness centre and a 50 seat cinema with daily show times.
