• The home can host up to 10 guests, with sleeping arrangements best suited for 8 in standard beds and 2 on a compact sofa bed that is more suitable for a child or small adult.
• Housekeeping is not included during the stay.
• For daily trash collection, guests should use 13-gallon bags and place them in the outdoor bin by the front door.
• Guests should plan to bring their own groceries, condiments, and any additional household essentials needed beyond the initial starter supplies.
• Parking is available in the designated space directly in front of the property.
