- Pool service takes place every Monday, and the pool may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during cleaning.
- The pool and spa share the same water system, so spa heating depends on pool heating being in use.
- Heated water may take 24 to 48 hours to reach temperature.
- Water temperature can vary during colder weather, especially when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F.
- The heated pool does not reach hot tub-style temperatures.
Grill Use
- There is no grill onsite.
- If you arrange a grill rental, it must be used on the grass rather than on the patio.
- Extra cleaning charges may apply if grill-use guidelines are not followed.
Security and Monitoring
- Security cameras are in place at the front entrance and on the pool equipment for safety and property protection.
- The pool equipment camera is not directed toward the pool itself.
