- The residence is strictly non-smoking. Smoking indoors may result in a $1,000 fine.
- Events and parties are not permitted in the residence.
- The home is for temporary lodging only and may be used by registered guests only, up to the maximum occupancy shown in the listing.
- Unregistered occupants may lead to a penalty equal to 20% of the total rental amount per additional person, and any related building or hotel fines remain the guest’s responsibility.
- To help maintain the residence, guests are asked to keep the property clean, dispose of rubbish appropriately, and use appliances and systems with care.
- Furniture should remain in place unless written approval is given. Indoor furnishings and linens should not be taken outside.
- Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive stains, tears, missing items, or replacement costs resulting from their stay.
Pet Policy
- Dogs may be allowed with prior approval, in line with the property’s pet rules. No other types of pets are permitted.
- Service animals are welcome.
- Approved dogs should be declared in advance, present at check-in, kept on a leash or in a carrier in shared areas, and not left unattended in the residence.
- Unauthorized pets, or pets that differ from the approved type, breed, or size, may lead to removal from the property and a fine equal to 50% of the full rental amount per unauthorized pet.
Building and Conduct
- Guests are expected to follow all hotel and building rules during their stay.
- If hotel security is called to the residence more than once for disturbance or non-compliance, this may result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- Any fines issued for breaking local, condominium, association, or hotel occupancy rules are the guest’s responsibility.
Access and Maintenance
- Management may need to enter the residence during reasonable daytime hours for servicing, maintenance, or inspection, with notice whenever possible.
- In an emergency, entry may take place immediately to address the issue.
- If you notice a maintenance concern on arrival or during your stay, it should be reported promptly so it can be addressed.

- Access to shared amenities is subject to the property’s rules and any operational limitations in place during your stay.
- If in-room features such as TVs, cable, internet, or Wi?Fi are temporarily unavailable, repairs will be arranged as quickly as possible, though restoration during the stay cannot be guaranteed.
