House Rules
- The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
- Occupancy is limited to 20 guests in total, including up to 16 adults and 4 children under 13. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property, and exceeding the occupancy limit may result in immediate removal.
- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted unless written approval has been granted in advance.
- The property is in a quiet residential area, so guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors. Audible noise beyond the property line is not permitted, particularly overnight. Noise complaints that require management call-out may incur a $500 fine, and sustained excessive noise may lead to removal from the property.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a minimum $500 penalty.
- Approved pets are welcome, with dogs under 25 lbs accepted. Pets should stay off furniture and bedding, must not be left unattended unless crated, and waste should be disposed of properly. Any extra cleaning or damage related to pets may result in additional charges.
- All guests and visitors are expected to follow the property rules and local vacation rental regulations. Violations may lead to removal from the property, and any related citations or penalties remain the guest’s responsibility.
Parking and Property Use
- Parking is only permitted in designated spaces such as the garage, carport, or driveway.
- Parking on the street, on lawns, or in neighboring driveways is not allowed.
- Trash and recycling bins should remain in their designated location. If bins are left overflowing at departure, a $250 removal fee may apply.
- A front exterior security camera and a sound-level monitoring system are in place for safety and compliance.
Amenities and Safety
- Use of the pool, beach, ocean, and other provided amenities is at guests’ own risk.
- Adults are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool and other water areas.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Outside vendors or third-party service providers require prior approval before accessing the property.
- Guests should respect local rules at nearby beaches and parks, including wildlife protection guidelines.
