- Smoking is not permitted inside the property; evidence of smoking or smoke odor may result in a minimum $500 charge
- Guests and visitors must follow all property rules; violations may result in removal from the property without a refund, and any related fines or citations are the guest’s responsibility
Pets
- Approved pets are welcome
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding
- Pet hair must be removed to avoid additional cleaning charges
- Pet waste must be collected and securely placed in the garbage
- Pets are not permitted in pools, hot tubs, or bathtubs
- Pets should not be left unattended unless crated or caged
- Guests are responsible for any additional pet-related cleaning or damage
Parking and Waste
- Vehicles must be parked only in the garage, carport, or designated driveway spaces
- Parking on the street, in neighbors’ driveways, swales, or on lawns is not permitted
- Trash and recycling bins must remain in their designated location until the appropriate pickup day
- Bins should be placed out after 6 pm the day before collection and returned before midnight on pickup day
- Overflowing trash due to missed collection may result in a $250 removal charge
Safety and Amenities
- A front-facing security camera and sound level monitoring system are in place
- Use of the pool, hot tub, spa, dock, waterfront, ocean, beach, and related facilities is at guests’ own risk
- Guests are responsible for supervising infants, toddlers, and children around pools, hot tubs, and waterways
- Use of amenities such as baby gear, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and similar equipment is at guests’ own risk
- Visitors should follow all rules at public beaches and parks, including turtle nesting protections
- Wildlife must not be disturbed

- Approved third-party vendors must provide insurance documentation with a minimum liability limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence before services are provided
