House Rules
- Occupancy is limited to 6 adults and 4 children under 6 years old. Any violation regarding maximum occupancy is subject to immediate dismissal without a refund.
- No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 fee.
- Pets are allowed with approval, subject to a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Pets must not be on furniture or bedding, and pet waste must be properly disposed of.
- The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
- Guests assume full responsibility for the use of swimming facilities and other amenities; safety and adherence to rules are highly encouraged.
- Parking is available only in designated areas. No parking in unauthorized areas including neighbors' driveways or lawns.
- A noise monitoring system is in place, and sustained loud noise may result in immediate removal without a refund.
- A $500 fine applies for late checkouts without approval.
- A $250 fee will be charged for any improper trash disposal or if bins are overflowing upon departure.
- Loud noise complaints that result in management intervention will incur a $500 fine.
- The property has security cameras and a noise monitoring system to ensure guest compliance and security.
- Children and toddlers must be supervised around pools and waterways.
- Third-party services are not affiliated with the property owner or management. Approvals and insurance may be required for services not arranged by the host.
