- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, subject to prior approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized pets incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will result in the event being shut down and a fine assessed.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
