Welcome to "Casa Palma" your private waterfront pool home located in the popular rental community of Flamingo Cay! This home is situated on the corner of Palma Sola Bay with a boat dock (Boatlift in pictures is not available to renters) giving you amazing views of the intercoastal waterway. With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from Anna Maria Island by car. This completely renovated pool home is the perfect destination point to enjoy everything the area has to offer! This 4 bedroom 3 bath private pool and spa home is located on a secluded cul-de-sac. When walking into the property you instantly notice the large open floor plan and all the natural light entering into the property.

Bedrooms

  • King-size master suite located on the back left side of the house with large wall-mounted TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
  • Second bedroom on the back right side of the house with another king size bed and large sliding doors overlooking the pool area.
  • The other two bedrooms are located in the front of the house and both offer twin size beds with a shared bathroom in between.

Living areas

  • The living room has a large flat-screen Smart TV with two comfortable couches.
  • The modern kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space.
  • The dining room table has seating for 6, with additional seating around the bar area.
