- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Bringing in undisclosed pets incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are prohibited and will result in shutdown and fines. Prior written approval and additional fees are required for events.
- Access to the communal hot tub is provided, but usage is at your own risk.
- Construction projects may occur during summer with working hours from 8 am to 7 pm. Please be aware of potential noise.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in spring and fall, where many services may not be available.
- There is no air conditioning at this property.
