This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is one of the highest demanded condos in all of Breckenridge. Steps from both the Gondola and Main Street, you are never inconvenienced during your stay here. Located above the Mountain Goat clothing store this studio sleeps more like a one bedroom.
When arriving to the condo, see two signs labeled TENANT PARKING, make sure to park on the spot to the right side, next to the wall. The neighboring spot is for the store below the condo.
Head up the stairs and you are greeted by a thoughtfully designed room with fresh furnishings, plenty of windows and premium amenities from wall to wall. The pullout couch is placed in front of the mounted flatscreen TV with cable. To the right of the living area, an exterior door gives access to your own private deck with patio seating, a stainless-steel grill, and views of Peak's 9 and 10 on the Breckenridge Ski Resort!
To the left of the living area you'll see a full-size kitchen with Viking luxury appliances, a six-eye gas stove top and a breakfast bar that sits two. Fully stocked to whip up fantastic meals for your group, this kitchen has everything you could need and more! The hardwood dining table seats four and has south facing windows for natural light and more expansive views! Next to the dining table you'll find a closet with additional linens, pillows and room to hang your own belongings! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to cook and relax. Viking appliances with a gas range lend a feel of luxury to this condo. There is an island bar in the kitchen that with the sink as well as a countertop bar with two barstools.
While this condo is technically a studio, the bedroom area acts as its own space with a queen size bed, dresser, and separate closet that has two eco-friendly laundry machines. Right next to the bedroom area entry, is the bathroom door, featuring more modern design and a walk-in shower. The queen bed is in the back of the condo through a narrow hallway and the sleeper sofa in the living rooms pulls out with a memory foam mattress. The views of off the back deck are of Peaks 9 & 10. The condo comes with one designated parking spot.
