Perhaps the most notable thing about Villa ETJ is its open concept and close connection to nature. Its location in Toiny gives it the benefit of vast sea views, and its design - which allows both sides of its central living areas to be opened to the Caribbean breezes - is perfect for relaxed, indoor-outdoor living.

The luxury rental property is decorated in traditional St. Barth style, with high vaulted ceilings, woven artworks, and a minimalist color palette. It is an aesthetic that lets the ocean views speak for themselves. The open-concept layout gives it a feeling of comfort and space. Along with the indoor spaces, which can be closed off if guests prefer, Villa ETJ has a pool and lounge area in the front and a patio with a sitting area and grill in the back. The dining area is covered but can still be breezy. The three bedrooms are in the back on a second level, overlooking the patio. They are all next to one another and equal in size. Each one has an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, a European king-size bed, air-conditioning, and an HDTV with Apple TV.
