Like its namesake, the new Villa Bikini is the embodiment of relaxed, easy beach living on St. Barth. Following a complete renovation, the luxury rental property has a clean, fresh look that makes you want to put on your own bikini and immediately settle comfortably into island life. A few touches of interest, color, and sea-weathered natural materials encourage that feeling of letting down your hair and becoming one with the sea, sky, and green trees around you.
With its location in Lorient, Villa Bikini is ideal for sea and surf lovers, who need to walk only a few minutes to reach the sand and surf breaks of Lorient Beach. St. Jean is less than a five-minute drive away. The site is also very convenient to the grocery shop Oasis and the rest of the restaurants, bakeries, and boutiques in the area.
Right next door, within easy walking distance, there is a new physiotherapy center where you can book sessions for kinesiotherapy and osteopathy.
The open-plan layout makes for easy living. The comfortable living area and efficient kitchen are delineated by a stand of twisting, whitewashed branches, but the conversation flows easily throughout the shared living space. This main area is air-conditioned but can be opened up to let in the Caribbean breezes. Along with the indoor dining table, there is a second table outside, along with a grill.
Two of the bedrooms are on the pool level, and these are connected by a corridor. They both have aesthetically pleasing details, ensuite bathrooms, and access to the terrace. One has a stunning view over the pool and the bay below. A few steps down from the pool deck, the third ensuite bedroom occupies a separate bungalow and has its own private entrance.
