This modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is fantastically located, occupying five acres of land on top of a cliff in Terres Basses, and offers unparalleled ocean views across the Anguilla Channel. Inside highlights include a spacious, open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and interior access for two bedrooms. The third bedroom is accessed via separate guest house.
