Casa de Campo 300 is a luxury 12-bedroom, 14-bathroom beachfront villa in the exclusive Caleton area of Casa de Campo. The villa is tastefully decorated, featuring unique, custom-made furniture. The villa is ideal for families or friends offering an infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ area, terraces, and a private beach. Living and dining areas are seamlessly connected to the outdoor space with a pool overlooking the ocean. Casa de Campo 300 comprises twelve bedrooms in total, six on the ground level and six on the second level. All ground level bedrooms offer two queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, TVs, and outdoor access. The three primary bedrooms are located upstairs, facing the ocean, featuring king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and balconies with stunning 180-degree ocean views. Relax on the expansive pool deck, soaking in the sun on lounge chairs, or savor a pre-dinner cocktails. The kitchen zone boasts a stunning 'show kitchen' with a large island and seating for five, complemented by a fully equipped industrial kitchen where your private chef creates culinary delights. This retreat promises a blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views, making it an unforgettable destination for relaxation and enjoyment.
Please Note: Renovations and improvements are currently scheduled at the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog" to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year. This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. The heavy construction phase has now been completed, this means no more disruptive construction activity. The resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.
Please Note: Casa de Campo Resort registration fee starting February 1st, 2026 will be increasing to the following:
- US$30.00 per adult, per night (adults are 13 and up)
- US$15.00 per child, per night (children are 4 to 12)
- Free for kids under 4!
