This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury home is set within the heart of the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf & Beach Resort. Lonetrees is only a five-minute walk to the clubhouse and communal pool and gym. This home offers a spacious outdoor covered terrace - perfect for entertaining and BBQ. A swimming pool with a sun deck for you to relax with your family and friends, and a gazebo for alfresco dining.
This home comes with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities with the exception of the golf course (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January). Tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable. Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)
Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.
- The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
- Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
- Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
- SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).
