Kaiso is the jewel of the estate: a luxurious four-bedroom, fully en-suite villa situated directly on the golden sands of Barbados West Coast. Designed to embrace seamless indoor?outdoor living, the villa offers sweeping ocean views and a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.
The villa features three en-suite bedrooms upstairs, each with spacious bathrooms, plus a ground-floor en-suite bedroom for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Light-filled, open-plan living and dining areas flow effortlessly onto a private beachfront pool deck, where a mix of sun and shaded lounging spaces ensures comfort, privacy, and a sense of serenity.
Outdoor living is a standout at Kaiso, with a private swimming pool and integrated jacuzzi overlooking the sea. A shaded gazebo seats up to sixteen guests, providing an ideal space for alfresco dining and entertaining, while direct beach access makes swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling just steps from the villa effortless.
Kaiso also offers a dedicated exercise studio thoughtfully designed for both fitness and convenience. The studio doubles as a pool house, equipped with free weights up to 15 pounds, a gym bench, yoga mats and blocks, and direct access to a bathroom, allowing guests to enjoy the pool and beach without returning to the main house.
 ### Living Area
Fitts Village is a charming coastal community on the west coast of Barbados, nestled in the parish of St. James between historic Holetown and the island’s capital, Bridgetown. Known for its relaxed, authentic Bajan character, this quiet fishing village offers visitors a wonderful blend of natural beauty, local culture, and easy access to amenities.
At the heart of the village lies Fitts Village Beach, a peaceful stretch of golden sand and calm, clear water ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding. The reef just offshore teems with vibrant marine life, and visitors may even spot sea turtles, especially during hatchling releases organized by the Barbados Sea Turtle Project.
The beach’s esplanade features picnic benches, shaded areas under casuarina trees, and a relaxed beach bar, perfect for laid-back afternoons watching the sunset or enjoying a casual snack. It’s also conveniently located across from Jordan’s supermarket and a handful of local shops, making it easy to stock up on beachside essentials or enjoy a picnic by the sea.
