- No unauthorized events or parties; fines apply for violations.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) must be observed.
- All local laws, including those for outdoor lighting and gatherings, must be followed.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and is not available from May 1st to October 1st.
- The hot tub/spa cannot exceed a max temperature of 104° and cannot be heated simultaneously with the pool.
- Due to ongoing construction, the built-in BBQ island area is not accessible; an alternative BBQ grill is provided.
- All bathtub jets are disabled for health and safety reasons.
- The home's remote location may result in limited cell reception, WiFi, and occasional power outages.
- No wood-burning fires are allowed, per local "no burn" civil code.

- Garage accommodates 2 vehicles, while the driveway accommodates up to 11 cars; no street parking is allowed.
