- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be approved in advance. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Quiet hours must be observed between 9 pm and 8 am.
- Overnight occupancy is limited to 8 guests, with an additional allowance for 5 daytime guests.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is not available at this home.
- Outdoor music is not allowed at any time, and quiet hours will be strictly enforced starting at 9 pm. Violations may incur fines starting at $500.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. During Santa Rosa's declared wildfire season, all wood burning or solid-fuel burning fire pits, fireplaces, and BBQs/grills are strictly prohibited.
