- Pets are allowed for a fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No events or parties are allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will result in fines.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- The property is smoke-free. Violations will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any damage costs.
- All occupants must adhere to local laws regarding outdoor lighting and gatherings.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Pool heating is available at an additional cost and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Note that pool heating is not available from May to September.
- All wood-burning fires are prohibited due to local regulations.
- Indoor fireplace use is not allowed for safety reasons.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a maximum temperature of 104° for safety.
- Only provided mini golf putters are to be used on the putting green.
- Bathtub jets are disabled for health and safety reasons.
- A maximum of 13 cars can park on-site in the driveway and garage. No street parking is allowed.
- Be mindful of wildlife such as insects, mice, and coyotes. Keep doors and windows closed and do not leave items unattended outdoors.
- Property may experience unannounced power outages due to its remote location.
- Guests are advised to deny property access to vendors not adhering to CDC health and safety guidelines.
