- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Children are welcome.
