House Rules
- No smoking inside the property; violation will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, but must be approved in advance with an additional fee of $150 per pet. Any undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems provided. Fines for violating noise ordinances can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Spa heat is complimentary.
- Pool heating is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees.
- The Murphy bed must be prepared by staff; guests should not adjust it themselves.
- High chair and pack n' play travel crib are available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice.
