Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Note that pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Guests are prohibited from entering the visible reservoir in the backyard.

- Violating the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit plus a $300 smoking fee.
- Unauthorized pet presence incurs a $500 fine per pet.
