House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Strict occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- No unauthorized parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Pets are allowed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available for an extra cost and must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa heat is complimentary.
- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees.
- Murphy bed must be prepared by the staff ahead of arrival and cannot be moved by guests during the stay.
- Guests are advised to purchase golf cart services for easier access during festivals due to extended walking distances caused by road closures.
- During summer, high desert temperatures may cause the pool temperature to rise.
Additional Information
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee.
- Violation of noise or party policies will result in hefty fines and potential shutdown of the event.
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place, following strict guidelines.
