House Rules
- This is a smoke-free property. Violating this policy will result in a $300 fee and additional costs for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Pets must be approved in advance and incur a fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will lead to a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. Any noise ordinance violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
- No events or parties without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available for $150 per day per property, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Pool and spa heat is not available from May 1st to October 1st.
- During summer months, high desert temperatures may naturally raise the pool temperature.
Other Considerations
- The maximum occupancy for a buyout of the two homes is 22.
- Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count, with trifold floor mattresses and additional linens available upon request.
Penalties
- Unauthorized pets: $500 per pet.
- Smoking: $300 fee and liability for fire or property damage.
- Violations of noise ordinances: fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized parties or events: fines will be assessed, and the event will be shut down.
