- Smoking is not permitted on the property. Violators will incur a $300 fee and potential liability for damages.
- Pets are allowed for a fee; however, undisclosed pets carry a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events without prior written approval are prohibited and will result in fines.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and is not available from May 1st to October 1st.
- Spa heat is complimentary, but note that pool and spa heat cannot be used simultaneously.
- Wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present; keep doors and windows closed to minimize encounters.
- Golf cart services are recommended for easier access during festivals.
Additional Considerations
- Guests must supervise pets outdoors due to the size of the backyard gates.
- No outdoor speakers or sound systems are provided or allowed.
- Be advised of potential road closures during festivals, which may affect walking distances.
