- No smoking inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee and additional liability for any fire or property damage.
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, but pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee. Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided or allowed for use in the properties.
- Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before check-in. Note that pool heat is unavailable from May 1 to October 1.
- Desert temperatures can cause the pool temperature to rise significantly during the summer months; this is beyond our control.
